In her coaching on the Art of Collaboration, Ayke Agus emphasizes effective ways of presentations and means of music communication. Since the mid-1980s Ms. Agus has been coaching chamber music ensembles, with or without piano, prior to their concert performances. These ensemble coaching sessions, consisting of 2 to 8 musicians, can be either private (non-established groups name or  identity) or publicly performing ensembles, affiliated either with orchestras or academic institutions. The latter include the University of Iowa City and the University of North Texas.
